To process orders during this run could have been done with the following:

Bookings can be done with coming directly to the art shop / workshop, or a through via phone ... .. or email ... ... ...
In order to facilitate a large number of documents should be attached to PO ( Purchase Order) , which contains details of products ordered, quantity, delivery deadlines and other conditions is necessary if attached.
Price according to the pricelist which we attach and can be re-nego if necessary with a specific considerations ( not including the price of packing if the buyer want the packing box with a specific provision that required the buyer) .
Terms of Payment, terms of payment for order is as follows:
DP for 35% of the total order according to PO.
Goods 75% so we have the right to submit a payment of 15% of the total order.
Satisfaction of 50% shortfall must be paid when the goods are ready to be sent ( can be a QC or representative of the buyer to make a Final Inspection in our warehouse) .
Payment is done via the transfer through our banking account number.
Free Sample will be provided free to order in large numbers.
If the process execution orders that occur or the addition of PO follow next, then the calculation will be done in accordance with the agreement back together.
Terms of Delivery, the cost of shipping will we bebankan to the buyer if the dropping of goods made outside the city or outside the boundaries of our region.
